Proxy Instructions for Principal Masters

Proxy Rules

  1. Only Principal Masters have ‘Proxies’.

  2. Proxies must register for an ePermitting account.

  3. A Proxy can:
    1. apply for permits
    2. pay online, and
    3. request inspections on behalf of their Principal Master.

Each proxy for an associated Principal Master has all of the above permissions.
Note: A Proxy must add the Principal Master as a contact to a permit when applying for the permit on his/her behalf. Note that failure by the Proxy to select the Principal Master will delay processing and may result in the application being canceled.

  4. Proxy for a Principal Master is managed by the associated Principal Master only.
    1. The specific Principal Master can only add or delete his designated proxies.
    2. The Principal Master does not control any part of a Proxy registration (no access to change or reset password, etc.).
